The homecoming parade took place on October 8 at 4 pm. This Tupelo tradition began behind Calvary Baptist Church and ended with a community pep rally at Fairpark. The pep rally was filled with performances from the Tupelo High School band, dance team, and cheer team. Although a downpour occurred during the parade and pep rally, the community of Tupelo enjoyed celebrating the end of homecoming week.
