On February 14 Valentine’s Day, couples express their love for one another. Students and teachers at Tupelo High School were asked about the best place to go for Valentine’s Day and the best gifts they received for Valentine’s Day.
Tupelo High School swim coach and basketball coach Edwards, says that the best gift she’s received for Valentine’s Day was a Rolex. She also says that the best place to go to eat in Tupelo is Forklift on 1103 W Jackson St.
Junior Amari Tucker says that she and her boyfriend plan to go on a paint date. The best gift she received was a gift from her dad when she was 10 or 12 years old when he surprised her with a flower pot, candy, and a stuffed animal bear.
