Tupelo fans travel to Jackson to support the Lady Wave. 

“[The] Atmosphere was really fun. It was a very upbeat game. And even the littlest things the fans are on their feet cheering for our team,” Loren Zimmerman said.

As the game approached its thrilling conclusion, the energy in the stands surged; fans eagerly anticipated the crowning moment.

“ I realized towards the end when I looked around, and I could barely see any  Germantown fans, but I could see all the Tupelo fans. And when I realized that our emotions were much higher than they were, I know that we had a better outcome,” Loren Zimmerman said.

“It was crazy.  It was crazy like it was so many. So many fans came out to support the girls and it was like it was real, like it just had to be their type of experience,” Tylan Witherspoon said. 

 “I feel proud of them and it made me want to work harder in my sport to get to where they’re at myself,” Tylan Witherspoon said.
