Its some people’s first time trying out. Many people are nervous and even the people that have to re-audition are also still nervous and scared. We don’t know who is going to make it but many students are trying their best to prepare for the audition .
Ajalion White says “Practice, practice, practice you have to take time and get yourself prepared while also just having fun doing your best and having fun is about the only thing you can control that day.”
As auditions continue, each performance is not only a display of individual talent but also a step toward building a cohesive ensemble that will represent the school on stages across the state.
“I will be eating many healthy foods and drinking plenty of water! Eating good food makes you physically and mentally prepared for the auditions!” Carley says.
Jade jones says “I get mentally prepared before tryouts by giving myself affirmations to boost my confidence and I practice everyday! I also go off a quote my coach gave me. The quote is “Always overdo it in practice so you can do it just right at the real thing!”
