The halls of Tupelo High School arent just gonna magically stay clean on their own. So, we’ve got to play a role in cleaning up as well. We have all seen the amazing work our janitors do, but lets be real- they’re not our personal maids. Its time we step up and make their jobs a little bit easier.

Think about it: a quick sweep under your desk or just simply picking up trash and wiping up small spills only take like 2 seconds! But when everyone leaves their stuff behind, it turns into a huge mess for someone else to deal with. Our janitors could be spending that time on other things like keeping the bathrooms and classrooms clean; something that is mandatory to be cleaned.

So what can we do? Well, before you leave, take a quick look around. Did you leace anything behind? Is there any trash on the floor? Just a little effort from each of us can make a big difference. Lets show some respect for the people who work hard to keep our school clean. And we can all keep Tupelo High School clean together!
