At Tupelo high school on Thursday, September 21st the Lady Wave volleyball team played by the Oxford Chargers in the high schools wood floor gym. Starting strong the Lady Wave volleyball team won the first two sets out of the five. Oxford won the other three giving them the victory.

“I think the crowd and the student section really influenced the girls and helped them come out strong– it was obvious the Oxford team was frazzled by the excitement we brought to the team, I’ve never been to a volleyball game that hype before,” Tupelo Boy Will Edwards said.
