Name: Brittney Terry
What Subject/classes/sports/clubs do you teach/coach/advise: Health teacher and Softball Coach
How long teaching: 9 years teaching, 6 years at THS
Family: Married to Jeremy Terry for 5 years. We have 3 sons, however, 2 of them have fur. Dog- Mojo, Cat- Milo and 2 ½ year old- J.B.
Favorite thing about teaching: Having a positive impact on the students. Being able to provide information to them to change their perspective on things.
Least favorite thing about teaching: Grading or attitude. I feel like I create a positive, respectful learning environment; so I get frustrated when I’m given attitude
Hobby outside of school: Baking, crafting, and painting parties.
Special Talent(s): Baking, crafting, and painting.
People would be surprised to know: I’m actually a good cake/sweet treat decorator.
Most memorable moment as a teacher: I cannot pinpoint one moment. When any student tells me that I had a positive impact on their life, or when former students go out of their way just to drop in to let me know how life is going for them.
